LGLA Membership Meeting to Consider Change to the Organization's Name

On October 13, 2015, LGLA will have a special membership meeting to consider changing the organization's name from the Lesbian and Gay Lawyers Association of Los Angeles to the
LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles.  The name, proposed by the Board of Governors, reflects the organization's membership and its ongoing commitment to ensuring that transgender and bisexual members are equally welcomed and supported within the organization.  The change also reflects LGLA's position as a Bar Association.

All current attorney and affiliate members are eligible to vote.  For more information on the meeting, visit the meeting page.
